Public bug reported:

I'm using Dell XPS 13 (9350) with MIPI webcam. My laptop came
preinstalled with Ubuntu, with OEM kernel (oem-sommerville-tyrogue)
enabling MIPI camera usage. However, upon opening GNOME's Camera app,
there are graphical artefacts around the shutter button. The thumbnail
showing the last captured video also glitches (it works fine in photo
mode). "About Camera" also doesn't work, causing the app to crash and
quit.

Further info:
1. Release of Ubuntu: 25.04 running Linux 6.14.0-1010-oem kernel
2. GNOME snapshot 47~beta-2ubuntu2
3. The camera app should show a normal interface with functioning thumbnails
4. There are always visual artefacts next to the shutter button upon opening
the app, and video thumbnails are glitched. "About Camera" causes the app to
crash.

** Affects: gnome-snapshot (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "Showing the glitched shutter button and video thumbnail"
