Public bug reported:

I am using Lubuntu 25.04.
When I create a new Launcher in Sound & Video it does not show up in the Sound
& Video menu. It is visible though in the 'Other' menu.
The launcher is created with "Categories=Audio-Video;"
When I change it to "Categories=AudioVideo;" the launcher becomes visible in
the Sound & Video menu. Which is the expected behaviour.
The odd thing is, that when I change it back to 'Audio-Video' it stays visible
in the Sound & Video menu for a while. But when I do other changes it
eventually goes back to 'Other'.

** Affects: menulibre (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
