Also tested on Plucky. After installing gnome-shell-extension-desktop- icons-ng from `plucky-proposed`, I rebooted and enabled the screen reader. Then I chose "rename" in a desktop file, and the screen reader specified "File name" when describing the dialog, as expected for the patch. So it is also fixed in Plucky.
