Like in the previous cycle we have worked on improving Snapdragon X
Elite support in our ~ubuntu-concept project and found a bunch of
quality of life improvements and bug fixes that we would like to get
into 25.10 even though they haven't been merged into mainline on time.

Most patches come from linux-next or the linux-arm-msm mailing list, we
have a few selected original Ubuntu changes
