Wall of text.

I love to help. But I'm trying to juggle 3 "howto" at once here. And
none of them are easy to follow unless you're deep into how "sponsoring"
works.

I know how to write debian/changelog and debian/patches/series and
debian/patches/xxx.patch. But I have 0 idea on how to proceed. (If this
were GitHub, I'd know what to do at this point.)

I managed to find:

Which is empty (obviously).

Do I fork openvpn-ubuntu and create a branch there? Where do I get
openvpn-ubuntu git from?

I'm sorry, but Ubuntu is not making this process easy for non-
maintainers.
