Hi. Thanks for reporting this issue.
This is caused by commit b4886fab6fb62 ("KVM: Add a module param to allow 
enabling virtualization when KVM is loaded"), added in v6.12.
A fix could be unloading the kvm_amd module (modprobe -r kvm-amd) or adding 
`kvm.enable_virt_at_load=0` to the kernel command line (edit/etc/default/grub 
and append kvm.enable_virt_at_load=0 to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT, save the 
file, run `update-grub` and reboot). Could you try these and let us know if the 
issue is fixed for you?
