Public bug reported:
The dockerd-rootless-setuptool.sh and dockerd-rootless.sh scripts are
missing from the docker.io package.
Debian packages these in /usr/share/docker.io/contrib/, it would be
quite handy to include these in Ubuntu.
Observed in:
`lsb_release -rd`:
