I tried the update again, and it seems to be pulling properly now; the
IP address the main mirror points to is now 185.125.190.81. It may have
been a bad write to a subset of the main pool, or the main pool may have
been set to auto-failover, allowing it to grab a good copy once more.

Sidenote: I was the creator of #2122139, not realizing this one was
made.

Edit 2: It appears to be moving quite slowly, as I'm not even reaching
1MB/s download speeds on a connection that can pull >4MB/s average.
