If required, you could create a local override to permit Transmission
access to some folders like so:
sudo tee /etc/apparmor.d/local/transmission <<EOF
owner @{HOME}/Videos/ rw,
owner @{HOME}/Videos/** rw,
EOF
sudo systemctl reload apparmor
