 * Previous workaround was limiting BMG frequency in some circumstances
but didn't wait for it to reduce effectively before proceeding.

 * This is fixed by upstream commit: deea6a7d6d8 drm/xe/bmg: Update 
Wa_22019338487
 * This commit has been included part of v6.15.6
 * Cherry pick it and other related commit that leads to it.

[ Test Plan ]

 * Tested by intel.
 * Built and boot tested and supported device.
