Thank you for your bug report.
Unfortunately it seems you have installed a newer version of Pipewire
from a third-party PPA than is available in the target Ubuntu release,
in turn, preventing the upgrade from being successful.
You could possibly try downgrading all of pipewire first by removing the
PPA and doing
apt install '?source-package(^pipewire)/jammy'
