Public bug reported:

[SRU Justification]

[Impact]
Some Dell laptops's audio amplifier does not work as expected and need the
external amplifier instead of default one of Realtek RT722 codec.

[Fix]
Backport upstream quirk from 8457ad05bbc4
("8457ad05bbc48355068bbc7d4cef242affbe0f63")

[Test Case]
1. Boot up the Dell laptops with the SKU ID: 0DD3 or 0DD4
2. Open settings->Sound->Output Device
3. Check if there's valid output device and adjust the volume changes
accordingly.

[Where problems could occur]
Only applied for particular Dell SKU. No regression expected at the current
stage.
