Public bug reported:
I'm using the Ubuntu Questing Quokka (development branch) daily build
from today.
This issue has been present for many versions of Ubuntu, and now I'm
reporting it so hopefully it can be fixed for the 25.10 release.
Basically when I click on a certain point on the top panel, the desktop
icons shift a bit to the bottom, and they seem to go back up most of the
times when I open an app.
I've also attached a video showing the issue.
Also I'm using a NVIDIA 4060 GPU with the driver 580.82.07 from the
driver manager, if it matters.
-----------
What is expected to happen?
The desktop icons don't shift to the bottom and stay in their place.
What happens:
The desktop icons shift to the bottom.
