I have reset the settings completely, the issue persists... Using KWin Debug console The chromium browser being in Full-screen mode (By pressing F11) is reporting my native resolution of 1366?*768 that would bee good if my display scaling is 100% but because i'm using scaling of 80% the virtual resolution of my screen is 25% higher both in horizontal and vertical thus explaining why the chrome in full screen is not taking up whole screen... Other browser like Firefox that i have to use as a backup for now is in full screen reporting more correct value of 1707*960 which sounds correct for some reason the Chromium can't do that Before the update it worked well...
