Crash doesn't appear for plucky:linux-gcp on google clusters. Instead
threads are stuck waiting on rtnl_lock() there which is taken by the
netdevsim reset. So still the same issue.
One thing to do here is to temporarily disable net:nl_netdev.py test
case.
