Public bug reported:
The Canonical kernel team are looking to add a new `dracut-hwe` package
to noble universe with the latest 108 release. This is part of our
efforts to improve cross-builds for kernel and initramfs snaps. The
rust-threecpio is a dependency of that package which is not currently
available in noble.
I will upload a debdiff for review to this ticket once I get the package
building in noble. It will be based off the plucky-devel branch.
