Oh, interesting failure. It'll probably be a pain to reproduce, though. My guess is that this service is what powers the desktop search.
For ease of reproduction, how did you download the video? My naïve approach of simply `cp`-ing a video file into that directory doesn't trigger the issue: ❯ cp /tmp/720p_unterleuten-trailer-zur-mini-serie.mp4 "$HOME/Videos/Criança entra em carro elétrico de exposição e bate em loja dentro de shopping em SP [13664065].temp.mp4" ; sleep 30 ; rm "$HOME/Videos/Criança entra em carro elétrico de exposição e bate em loja dentro de shopping em SP [13664065].temp.mp4" I tried triggering it multiple times with varying durations. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2113499 Title: localsearch-3 using a lot of cpu for a long time To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tracker-miners/+bug/2113499/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
