Public bug reported:

I am using an Nvidia RTX 4090, and I have an ASUS VG28UQL1A monitor,
which I use with adaptive sync enabled. I am running Kubuntu 25.04.

Ever since updating to graphics driver version 580, I have not had good
luck getting the machine to resume from suspend. It just hangs
indefinitely and never wakes the monitor. It seems to be unresponsive
to any keyboard inputs (I have some configured that try to use
KScreenDoctor to change displays), so I end up pressing the reset button
on my machine, which seems less than ideal.
