Public bug reported:
Version: 49.0-1ubuntu1
Repository: 25.10 (questing) - proposed

Installed (with dependencies) and tested on Ubuntu 25.04 (plucky)
Symptoms:

2. From terminal "loupe xxx.svg": exactly same behavior (and error
message)
3. But "sudo loupe xxx.svg" works perfectly
Analyzis:
Clearly an authorization problem when loupe calls glycyn-svg for
converting svg source to some temporary file.
Problem maybe an apparmor incomplete configuration. Gnome-sushi, the
previwer, had the same problem (for all formats) two years ago.
NB. The same symptoms already happen with previous versions and with the
flatpal one.
Bug has been reported to GNOME/glycin, but with no reaction. It is maybe
Ubuntu specific.
Thanks
