The version of gtk4 listed (libgtk-4-1 4.18.5+ds-1ubuntu1) is a bit out
of date. Considering the printbackends are provided by gtk4, could you
upgrade and verify again?
On a clean qq vm with gtk 4.20.0+ds-1 the dialogs show instantly and
correctly.
