Note that this bug is not in nghttp2 per se, but in the munit version
shipped (as a patch) in the deb package.
Munit is not maintained upstream for a while (5y?)
This bug was found and fixed in nghttp3 in Debian, and patched in
version 1.8.0-1, which is the version in Ubuntu, so nghttp3 is not
affected here. (see linked bug).
I'll open a MP bringing the patch.
