Public bug reported:

We would like to update Qt to 6.9.2 in Questing.

It is obvious this is quite late, but there are some factor that
motivate us to get this done.

1) Qt 6.9.2 is the latest stable release, which is still active and will
receive further bugfixes. It is however at the .2 point release relatively
mature and tested and widely adopted at this point in other distos. The current
Qt 6.8 in Questing is however EOL, and will not get further fixes.
2) Qt 6.9 is now the minium Qt version projects such as KDE are setting for
their projects, so if we wish to backport some newer things for Kubuntu (and
maybe other flavours), having 6.9 will facilitate this.

This is late in the cycle due do (a) manpower; having lost one of the
main Qt packagers/contributors in Ubuntu for the time being and (b)
Debian being delayed in making progress on new Qt due to Trixie freeze
and release.

However I/we will commit to getting this done and dealing with any issue
that might come as a result.

So I respectfully request that the release team approve this FFe.

Packages are being prepared in: https://launchpad.net/~ci-train-ppa-
service/+archive/ubuntu/4982/+packages

and can be landed once some have published and a few riscv64 builds are
completed.

** Affects: qt6-base (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
