Public bug reported:
In GNOME Shell, the "Show Apps" dash button to open the app grid cannot
be toggled with keyboard input.
This affects equally the raw GNOME Shell dash panel, and the dash-to-
dock extension which re-uses the same widget as raw GNOME Shell.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Ctrl+Alt+Tab cycle to "Dash"
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Show Apps" icon
3. Press the Enter button
The button changes color indicating it is being pressed, but the apps
grid does not show up.
This is a regression from plucky to questing.
