Hi Timo,
I have followed the Test Plan in Bug Description, and tested the
packages by install them from noble-proposed repository. I can confirm
that this bug has been fix with new package.
$ echo $WAYLAND_DISPLAY
wayland-0
$ apt policy gdm3
