OS: Lubuntu Questing daily image
Steps to reproduce:
1: Boot the ISO
2: Install with encryption enabled
3: Reboot
Expected result: Disk decryption screen is shown, and the correct
keyboard layout is shown underneath the passphrase input box
Actual result: The disk decryption screen mostly looks right, but the
keyboard layout indicator is garbled junk
We need to update the Plymouth theme image that embeds all of the layout
codes again.
