Well, I practically don't have custom configurations but I did install XAMPP and make a desktop file for it able to use sudo and Dr. Web alters some configurations, that is my security, I also installed stuff to run AppImage files, installing Rust, Go, Swift, Ruby via rbenv, Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Defold, ReNative (ReNative.org), Node.js, and a few other things might have altered stuff but honestly, I have practically no custom configurations maybe or maybe not, maybe.
