Got the same issue.
Tested on Ubuntu 24.04, with standard repos. My HW is CPU Ryzen 9700X, 64 GB
RAM, GPU nVidia RTX 4060

The starting with DEB is about twice as fast as with SNAP.

Snap (25.2.6.2)
---------------
$ time libreoffice
/snap/libreoffice/356/javasettings.py:44: SyntaxWarning: invalid escape
sequence '\d'
  java_version = re.match('openjdk version "(?P<version>[\d\._]+)"',

is provided by GTK natively. Please try to not load it.

DEB (24.2.7.2)
---
mirao@rog:~$ time libreoffice

But what is more important is that the user experience is worse with the snap
LO.
E.g. when I download a XLSX in browser and try to open it, a few seconds
nothing happens (no indication that a file is opening) and a user can think
that he has to open it one more time (finally it causes double opening of
Calc). Such issue isn't with DEB LO.
