Public bug reported:
Questing upgraded to GCC 15, which uses -std=gnu23 as the default, but
the headers provided by libkpathsea-dev still use the old function
declaration style with no arguments specified to mean that any number of
arguments are possible. Therefore, evince (using these headers) should
be built with -std=gnu17, which was the default in GCC 14.
