It does support platform data, so no startup-notification or activation
token support (e.g. the started application will not be focused on
launch, and if this happens, is by luck).

It does not support launching dbus-activatable applications

It does not supporting launching desktop actions (or dbus-activatable
application actions)

It does not support opening an application with URI parameters

It does not do document-portal mapping of the launched local files
(local file => portal mapped file)
