However, `python-pysnmp4` has quite a few non-openstack rdepends, and we'd certainly try to avoid starting an uncontrolled transition. I'll defer to @ginggs here as to whether this FFe can be granted safely or not, but in any case, should this be granted, this change will very likely have consequences outside of the openstack ecosystem, that will need to be dealt with, and the timing looks tight to me.
