Please remove haskell-regex-pcre from Ubuntu since it's blocking the
removal of pcre3.
- We need to also remove haskell-misfortune and haskell-lambdabot-novelty-
- plugins which were removed from Debian Testing but are still in Debian
- Unstable. If they are fixed in Debian, they can auto-sync back to
- Ubuntu.
+ haskell-regex-pcre was already removed from Debian. Ubuntu had some
