Yes, the -29 kernel has a loaded and functioning Nvidia driver as
opposed to -32.
I checked using `nvidia-smi` and have loaded "Driver Version: 575.64.03"
on -29. Using the command on -32 results in an error message with
failure to communicate to the driver.
On -29 I also get from `lspci -k | grep -EA3 'VGA|3D|Display'`:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation AD107M [GeForce RTX 4050
Max-Q / Mobile] (rev a1)
Subsystem: Lenovo AD107M [GeForce RTX 4050 Max-Q / Mobile]
Kernel driver in use: nvidia
Kernel modules: nvidiafb, nouveau, nvidia_drm, nvidia
Also dmesg shows the nvidia driver is being loaded.
Is this solution from the other bug you mentioned relevant here then?
