Syncing passkeys around is not crucial and goes against the idea of keeping a private key, well private. Once the passkey is setup, there is not much more thought to using it again, just click.
When signing-in to a device that you have not signed-on to in the past, authentication falls back to PassWord and 2fA. There is no need to sync PassKeys as the private part of the passkey was meant to stay on one device and one device only. On a different device or even the same device with a different web browser, you could have a different PassKey. Alternatively, centralize all your passkeys on your USB / BlueTooth smartphone.
