Thanks for submitting this bug report :)

I've taken a look at the kernel code around the line and file mentioned
in your dmesg, and it will be difficult to tell from where this bug
originated without the help of a kernel debugger. Since you haven't
found a way to reproduce the error that method isn't currently
possible...

Using a HWE or mainline kernel might fix your issue although I the
patches I've found probably fix unrelated bugs with a similar stack
trace. Here are some of those, although it is probably conincidental
that they fail in the same spot:
