Thanks a lot for replying!

It was running 6.14.0-33.33 by default (Running Ubuntu 25.04).
I tried to switch to 6.17 but it didn't make a difference.

The only thing that fixed the CPU issue (regardless of the kernel) was the 
acpi=noirq parameter.
But as mentioned, that breaks a bunch of other things.
