I verified this SRU by following the test plan.

I installed docker.io
plucky: 28.2.2-0ubuntu1~25.04.1
noble: 28.2.2-0ubuntu1~24.04.1
jammy: 28.2.2-0ubuntu1~22.04.1

Then, I installed podman-docker. The package was successfully installed
and docker.io was removed in the process.

Then, I purged both packages and did the inverse operation:

I installed podman-docker.
Then, I installed docker.io (same versions as described above). The package was 
successfully installed and podman-docker was removed in the process.

** Tags removed: verification-needed verification-needed-jammy 
verification-needed-noble verification-needed-plucky
** Tags added: verification-done verification-done-jammy 
verification-done-noble verification-done-plucky
