OS: Lubuntu Questing final RC
Steps to reproduce:
* Boot the ISO
* Click "Try Lubuntu"
* Find the OEM installation option in the application menu and click it
* Confirm you want to do an OEM installation
* Proceed through the installation process
* Reboot into the OEM configuration environment
* Double-click "Finish OEM preparation" and accept all prompts that appear
* Reboot
Expected result: First-time user setup session should appear.
Actual result: OEM configuration environment desktop appears.
Additional info: This is because Calamares itself gets uninstalled after
the installation process. Installing Calamares manually and then
rebooting again results in the OEM session appearing normally.
This will be a 26.04 release blocker. For 25.10, we'll release note it.
