kvm_make_all_cpus_request(vcpu->kvm, KVM_REQ_SLEEP) should have set all
vcpus to sleep when the system is shut down.
Ftrace does not show any function containing the string 'kvm_' being
called while no VM is running.
A number of sbi calls are ongoing. But these seem unrelated as they
don't stop when removing the kvm module:
