The issue tracked by this bug was a problem with the version with the python3-magnuclient package shipped in the Focal archive which was older than the API presented by the server (python3- magnum), so if you are running jammy-caracal you shouldn't be hitting this problem.
Please check the logs on Horizon and open a new bug reporting any issue you may find there, or in the Magnum server.
