All tests have been completed internally

* sos reports base done on all distros by various people in the team and
all looks good.

* upgrade between noble to plucky works as expected

* All the Openstack tests have also been done by various people in the
team, as per the list of items to be collected we didn't miss anything

  * One issue has been found where the transport_urls config option in
/etc/ceilometer/ceilometer.conf is not being obfuscated. The issue has
been in a PR upstream [1], and will be resolved in the next release.
This is not a regression, as this was not being obfuscated previously

* sunbeam collection worked as expected and no obfuscation issues

* sos collect for all scenarios listed worked as expected
  * juju 2.9 with focal and jammy using juju plugin
  * juju 3 with focal jammy and noble all worked as expected using the ssh
plugin

* sos clean was done on all platforms, and worked as expected except for
one item
