This issue is fixed in questing as modules-extra is being merged with modules.
linux-virtual is actually same packages, but with less dependencies (no
firmare, no linux-modules-extra, microcode) and less recommends. If we change
modules extra composition that would be also for other variants, which we
doesn't want.
