Nvidia 570.86.10 is an obsolete version and will not build with kernel 6.14
If you are using Ubuntu repositories, you should have 570.195.03 available. You
may need to manually remove the obsolete version first:
sudo apt purge *570*
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade
sudo apt install nvidia-driver-570 nvidia-dkms-570
