These deps (from -gui to -system*, from -modules to -system* etc) were
here for quite some time, but I'm still skeptical about them, and some
of them has been dropped due to difficulties fullfilling them.

I think these deps should just be dropped entirely.

qemu-system-gui is a helper package, which contains an extension to
several other qemu-system-foo packages.  There's no reason whatsoever to
install qemu-system-gui.  Please tell the user to install qemu-
system-x86 or whatever qemu variant he wants, and qemu-system-gui will
be installed by recommendation, that's all.  There's no problem here to
discuss or solve.
