Hardware ID (from lsusb): idVendor=36ae, idProduct=feab
Behavior: Keyboard freezes on the third press of the LED key in Ubuntu,
requiring it to be re-plugged. Works fine in Windows.
What you've tried: Disabling USB autosuspend, trying different kernels,
using usbhid.quirks.
