This BugLink is used for porting patches from linux-bluefield-5.15
(Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy) into linux-bluefield-6.8 (Ubuntu 24.04 Noble). Most
patches are upstream patches that were introduced to linux-
bluefield-5.15 as fixes for mlx5 code, and only a few are non-upstream
patches. The porting of these patches is done to minimize the divergence
between linux-bluefield-5.15 and linux-bluefield-6.8, and to ensure that
all fixes introduced after kernel version v6.8 are included in linux-
bluefield-6.8.
