This is a duplicate of bug 2117315
For a reason I'm not sure of, some 550 users get stuck on the old package
(550.144) when they should be updated to 550.163 (which is needed to build with
6.14 kernel).

I would remove the Nvidia driver, make sure the system and repos are
updated, and reinstall the Nvidia driver:

sudo apt purge *550*
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade
sudo apt install nvidia-driver-550 nvidia-dkms-550

NOTE: Nvidia 550 looks like it will automatically be transitioned to 580 soon (
bug 2125411 ).
You may want to install 580 or 580-open (depends on which Nvidia GPU you have)
instead of installing 550.
