I have the same issue now with the HWE kernel on Intel Core Ultra 5 228V
with Intel ARC 130V graphics. I wonder if I am doing something
systematically different than most people, since this isn't widely
reported or fixed.

The fix is the same, just for intel ARC, now the module name that has to
be added is "xe".

Just if anyone less experienced stumbles over this, this is the fix:

echo xe | sudo tee -a /etc/initramfs-tools/modules
sudo update-initramfs -u

That is now on linux-generic-hwe-24.04 (at the moment that is 6.13.0-33)
in Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS
