Public bug reported:
Questing upgraded to GCC 15, which uses -std=gnu23 as the default, but
this version of texlive-bin still uses the old function declaration
style with no argument specified to mean that any number of arguments
are possible. In fact, it relies on being able to interchangably assign
function pointers corresponding to arbitrarily varying number of
arguments. Therefore, texlive-bin should be built with -std=gnu17, which
was the default in GCC 14.
