Hello, ~suzuki-kazuki, thanks for reaching out and reporting this bug!
Unfortunately, as you could see, the error message is wrong... So
regardless of the situation, this is at least a valid bug about a better
UX when this kind of things happen.
The log shows that the actual problem is that the client can't find the
system certificates. Do you have `ca-certificates` installed? Does
installing it and then trying to enable `esm-apps` again work fine?
