Inspected libzvbi.so.0 on Ubuntu 22.04. UTF-8 support is present (UTF-8, ISO-10646/UTF-8 detected via strings). However, Persian teletext characters still render incorrectly, suggesting a possible issue with font fallback or character mapping. Needs investigation into glyph rendering and charset handling for Persian script.
